Residence Bergdiamant is an excellent starting point for numerous leisure-time activities during summer and winter - here a small selection:

	Cross-country skiing in tune with nature, ski tours in the new Gitschberg-Jochtal ski area or take a snow shoe hike (1x per week with guide). There are natural toboggan runs in Vals (Fane Alm) and Meransen (Moserhütte and as of the middle station of the cable lift). Once a week, carriage rides are offered in Meransen.



	Popular summer activities in the Gitschberg-Jochtal vacation area: In summer enjoy beautiful hikes of various difficulty levels, take part in a tasty local meal, hike to the old mountain village Fane Alm with its dairy, take a hike through the Alfass Valley, go trekking by bike on the scenic bike trail from Mühlbach to Lienz or Klausen; but then again, why not enjoy a traditional mountain mass on the Gitschberg in the fall or visit the high-wire garden... Take a tour of the numerous sights in the area, for example, Castle Rodeneck, the Mühlbacher Klause (hermitage), the Episcopal town of Brixen or Cloister Neustift.
