Sustainable culinary treats
Cooking is a very special art for us. And just like the right colours and materials are important for a work of art, we also place great importance on using local and sustainable zero-kilometre products. Of course, we don’t use plastic packaging. The milk, eggs, and herbs in our dishes mostly come from our own farm, which is located right next to the hotel. Our yoghurt on the breakfast buffet is also produced from our own fresh, natural raw milk. Other foods are sourced from local suppliers in the immediate area, such as mozzarella, cheese, and other dairy products from the Brimi dairy in Brixen, freshly baked bread rolls and croissants from the Back Magic bakery, and meat specialities from the Siebenförcher village butcher in Brixen. Other ingredients and products, such as citrus fruits or vine tomatoes, come from the south of Italy, where the powerful sunshine and mineral-rich soil help them develop the perfect taste.

Colours and aromas come together in perfect harmony to create an artistic whole that will be sure to make you say “Wow”. We invite you to not only eat our dishes, but also to consciously savour each bite, discover the various notes, and let your taste buds take you on a culinary journey through Italy.
Start the day with an energy boost
What makes a holiday morning special? Being gently awoken by the morning sun, a relaxing stretch – and a delicious breakfast buffet including a themed corner. Look forward to fresh bread, homemade jams and spreads, and delectable sweet treats. We are happy to prepare egg dishes à la minute for you. You can also squeeze your own fresh fruit and make your own special vitamin drink in the morning. Our breakfast dishes are also made of local and seasonal products and of course aren’t packaged.
Well-earned snacks in between
At lunchtime, we offer à la carte dishes from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for an additional charge. From 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m., we spoil you with an afternoon buffet brimming with light antipasti, soups, salads, and homemade cakes. The highlight? You can now also look forward to sweet temptations from our own patisserie!
The perfect end to the day
After an exciting and yet also relaxing day, are you looking forward to a delicious dinner? With us, you can expect themed evenings, known as “Culinaris”, that change every day, such as a multi-course gala dinner that invites you to take a culinary stroll, a Tyrolean evening with traditional dishes, an Italian evening with an antipasti buffet, a dessert buffet with homemade specialities from our patisserie, a cheese buffet with aromatic cheeses from mountain pasture, meadow, and farm, and unique culinary delights that will make you say “mmm” and “ooh”. For example, how about uniquely shaped macaroni with pesto from our own garden or salmon fillet on carrot puree with fresh spring vegetables? Get ready to be surprised by the creativity and finesse of our kitchen team and prepare your palate for one taste explosion after another. Afterwards, we’ll prepare your favourite cocktail at the new hotel bar.
Gluten- and lactose-free treats
We’re happy to accommodate your individual dietary requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a food intolerance or allergy. Allergy-friendly dishes are marked with appropriate cards at our buffets. Flexibility and your well-being are especially important to us. On the afternoon buffet and evening menu, you can look forward to dishes that are adapted to your needs, such as vegetarian and vegan or gluten-free cuisine. Feel free to share your dietary wishes with us, and our kitchen team will make sure not only that your stomach is satisfied, but also that you’re perfectly happy.
