More and more of our guests have chosen the vegetarian diet and want, of course, to eat well especially on vacation, renouncing to meat. This trend is growing and growing – and also here in South Tyrol there are more and more people, who give top priority to ethics and sustainability while eating. Maybe do you feel the same way? That’s why, as a vegetarian hotel, we want to offer you delicious food, which does not lack any flavor sophistication – but misses only meat ingredients. And if you think perhaps, that South Tyrolean cuisine cannot survive without meat, then you should definitely take a seat at our set table and let you convince by the delicious contrary. As a guest with gourmet board, every day you may look forward to an alternative menu adapted to your needs. We would like to be well-prepared for your arrival and thus allow you to enjoy a carefree vacation. On request, we cook for you and your family gluten and lactose-free dishes, as you are used to from home. After all, anyone who enjoy a holiday with us in the mountains, wishes to combine physical activities, mental well-being and carefree culinary delights. And to achieve just that, as a vegetarian hotel we offer you our alternative and varied menus.

The careful labeling of the individual dishes in the menu with allergens pictograms often makes easier the choice for our guests with food intolerance and allow them to enjoy carefree treats without worrying about the presence of an allergy-releasing ingredient in the plate.
